Privacy notice

You can search without an account and without paying. We are not a streaming service. We point you at licensed services, then you leave.

What we collect when you search. Your IP address, general device and browser type, the locality we use to answer “tonight, here,” and the titles you look up. We do not ask for a username, email, or birthday to search.

Why. To run the catalog, stop abuse, and answer safety mail. Every title in the catalog, including posters, trailers, and outbound links, is available without an account.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information. We do not run an ad exchange. Any sponsor unit is a placement we approve. Some watch links are affiliate links and are labeled as such. We do not store full credit-card numbers.

How we count visits. Watch Wombat uses Vercel Web Analytics in production to collect daily unique visitors. It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies to identify you. We do not load third-party ad or analytics scripts.

Accounts are optional. A username and password save a personal guide of followed shows and can optionally store a recovery email for a one-time password reset. That address is stored on the account and is not used as the sign-in name. Search does not require an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising how their children use Watch Wombat.

Your choices. Email privacy@watchwombat.com to ask what we hold, to ask us to delete guest logs we can match to you, or to say “do not sell or share my personal information.” Safety and child-harm: safety@watchwombat.com (read at least every six hours).

This is a short notice. A full privacy policy will replace it after attorney review. U.S. visitors only in version one.
