Short answers for the catalog and a personal guide. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising how their children use Watch Wombat.
Guide across devices
Use the same username and password on every computer:
- Open Account and sign in with the same username and password on each computer.
- Follow or unfollow shows while you are signed in. Those writes stay on the account.
- Refresh after sign-in. Guide loads the follows saved on that account.
- If Guide asks you to sign in again, the session cookie is missing. Enter the username and password on Account.
Search does not need an account. A personal guide is saved only for the signed-in username, so two computers match after both sign in as that username.

Forgot password
Email reset is for accounts that saved a recovery email:
- Sign in, open Account, and save a recovery email. Changing a saved address asks you to confirm.
- On Account, choose Forgot password? and enter that username, or the recovery email if you remember it.
- If an email is on file, we send a one-time link that expires in about one hour. Set a new password on that page.
- If no recovery email is saved, the form says so and asks you to contact support.
A password reset does not change the shows you follow. Search stays available without signing in.
